Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue at https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/editor/ on a touchscreen device, then review the linked scratch-gui issue and forum solution for context. Trace the list resize control and its touch-drag handling; done means dragging the = control resizes the list and does not prevent moving it.

Description

https://github.com/scratchfoundation/scratch-gui/issues/9821
BigNate469 posted a solution for it on the forum: https://scratch.mit.edu/discuss/post/8371209/

Expected Behavior

If you manage to hit the = button on the list, then dragging it resizes the list

Actual Behavior

Dragging the = does nothing (it doesn't resize and it doesn't move the list)

Steps to Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/editor/' on a touchscreen device
  2. Create a list
  3. (optional) Zoom in to hit the = more reliably
  4. Try to resize the list
