Keyboard shortcuts don't work inside block inputs: Ctrl+A in operator inputs, Ctrl+C/V in number-only inputs. A related fix (scratchfoundation/scratch-editor#568) has been live in production since 2026-06-01 (scratch-gui 14.0.0), but it targets menu/modal focus rather than this specific shortcut behavior, so it may not resolve this report; verify on the live site.
