Research direction

Start with the linked build log and trace the nightly wheel upload command that receives the 503 from anaconda.org. Check how often the failure occurs and compare the upload approach with the scikit-learn repository. Done means the intermittent failure is characterized and a more robust upload path is identified and verified.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

ServerError failure during nightly wheel upload on anaconda.org

Not sure how often this happens and whether we had a more robust command on the scikit-learn repo:

ServerError: ('Service Unavailable: The server cannot process the request due to a high load ([DELETE] https://api.anaconda.org/dist/scientific-python-nightly-wheels/scikit-learn/1.10.dev0/scikit_learn-1.10.dev0-cp311-cp311-macosx_10_9_x86_64.whl -> 503)', 503)
