[Bug]: island time problem with Arabic

Description

Bug Description

When I add the "time" future and my phone language is Arabic the time is reverse, the right time is (6:42) but on the dynamic island is (24:6).

And also the time font with Arabic looks weird I'd rather to make it with English font .

Also the day name i hope you keep it Arabic and change how it looks like because it's small.

Steps to Reproduce

Go to display
And island
And enable time and make the app language and the phone Arabic
