Research direction

Read os/rtems/fs.rs and sys/fs/unix.rs, where the RTEMS code still reads st_atime; compare with the newlib stat fields named in the issue and the related ESP-IDF issue #164555. Confirm the affected armv7-rtems-eabihf build, then verify that std builds for that target with the updated field access.

Description

O-Arm T-libs

Since #163732 (libc 0.2.191), newlib's stat has st_atim/st_mtim/st_ctim, but std's RTEMS code (os/rtems/fs.rs, sys/fs/unix.rs) still reads st_atime. Same as #164555 on ESP-IDF. cc @thesummer
