Research direction

Start at the existing mocactl workloads create, get, and delete command entry points, then trace how they call the workloads API and format output. Check whether GET /workloads exists and how it scopes results to the authenticated caller. Done means mocactl workloads list shows the caller’s live workload id, revision, size, creation time, and available state, with --json output.

Description

enhancement
Feature Description

mocactl workloads today exposes only create, get, and delete, all keyed by an id the caller must already hold. There is no way to ask "what workloads do I currently own?"

That gap turns any crash between workloads create and whatever persists the returned id into an unrecoverable orphan. The workload counts against the caller's quota (default 5 live workloads per user) until the server-side TTL expires, and the caller has no way to find it to workloads delete it.

Proposed Solution

Add mocactl workloads list [--json] that calls the existing GET /workloads (or equivalent) scoped to the authenticated caller, and prints workload id, revision, size, created-at, and whatever state the server tracks.
