Describe the bug
Reqable 和 NeverClick 软件存在冲突。触发 NeverClick 的鼠标提示悬浮界面之后，Reqable 完全无法响应任何键盘操作，快捷键、文本输入、导航全部失效，只能重启 Reqable 才能恢复正常。

To Reproduce
复现步骤：
- 打开 Reqable，并保持程序处于前台。
- 按下 NeverClick 的唤起热键，调出鼠标标签提示悬浮界面。
- 退出 NeverClick 的提示悬浮层。
- 切回 Reqable 窗口，尝试任意键盘操作。
- 观察问题：Reqable 完全不响应键盘按键。无法删除，复制等操作
Expected behavior
关闭 NeverClick 悬浮界面后，Reqable 应当可以正常接收、响应键盘输入，不需要重启应用。
