Describe the bug
Reqable ID设置存在两个主要问题：1) 勾选后不会在请求头中自动添加Reqable-Id字段；2) 取消勾选后，该字段不会自动从请求头中移除，需要手动操作。此外，该设置需要为每个地址单独配置，缺乏全局开关功能，导致用户体验不佳。
To Reproduce
- 打开Reqable应用
- 进入设置页面，找到"Reqable ID"选项并勾选
- 发送HTTP请求，检查请求头，发现没有自动添加Reqable-Id字段
- 取消勾选Reqable ID选项
- 再次发送请求，发现Reqable-Id字段仍然存在，不会自动移除
- 需要为每个不同的请求地址重复设置该选项
Expected behavior
- 勾选Reqable ID全局开关后，所有HTTP请求都应该自动在请求头中添加Reqable-Id字段
- 取消勾选后，Reqable-Id字段应该自动从请求头中移除
- 应该有一个全局开关控制所有请求的Reqable-Id设置，而不需要为每个地址单独配置
