Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by reproducing the mismatch between TMC completion and the website using the reported exercise state, then trace the progress display and synchronization flow. Done means completed exercises appear correctly on the website and the relevant regression is verified.

Description

Hello, I've completed all the exercises on the website and in VS. Although my completion appears in TMC, this progress isn't showing up on the website. I'm worried this will affect my ability to take the exam in two days and cause me to miss it. Please help.
