Research direction
Start by reading src/check_jsonschema/catalog.py and the existing GitHub hook entries to follow the catalog-driven pattern. Add the GitHub Funding schema as a builtin and expose the generated check-github-funding hook; consult the supported hooks documentation for the expected user-facing entry. Done when the hook is available for pre-commit use with the vendored schema.

Description
Problem
check-jsonschema provides dedicated pre-commit hooks for several GitHub configuration files, but there is no built-in hook for .github/FUNDING.yml. Users currently need to configure the generic check-jsonschema hook with the SchemaStore schema manually.
Proposal
Add the GitHub Funding schema as a vendored builtin schema and expose a generated check-github-funding hook in the supported pre-commit hooks, following the existing catalog-driven pattern used by the other GitHub hooks.
Using: https://www.schemastore.org/github-funding.json.
