Why this needs a fix

"Idea to production" has no fixed scope: it spans requirements, design, review, and rollout, none of which is bounded by "minutes." This is the same defect class fixed on /contact/ in #21417/#21418: an open-ended, unverifiable end-to-end time claim, distinct from a bounded first-step claim like "deploy your first project in minutes."

Did a substantiated stat exist?

Checked our published case studies for a number that could replace the claim honestly (CLEAR: ~90% smaller infrastructure codebase; Wiz: 5x faster customer onboarding; Spear AI: 6x faster time to ATO). Each of those numbers is customer-specific and needs attribution to be honest, and this three-card grid has no room for attribution alongside the other two plain capability cards. Proposing a separate, attributed proof-point section as a follow-up rather than smuggling a customer stat into this card.

Proposed fix

Golden paths and reusable components let engineers ship approved infrastructure without waiting on the platform team.

Drops the unbounded time claim, keeps a concrete capability statement consistent with the rest of the page (Components, Self-Service, Policies sections), and matches the sibling cards' length and tone.
