PCD İzmir brings together artists, designers, students, educators, and creative coders for a day of talks, workshops, exhibitions, and shared experimentation around art, code, and technology.

PCD İzmir is a community-led gathering celebrating creative coding, digital art, and the people who explore the space between art and technology.

As part of the global Processing Community Day network, the event brings together artists, designers, technologists, educators, students, and anyone curious about creative coding. Through talks, hands-on workshops, exhibitions, and informal encounters, participants can share their work, learn from one another, and explore new ways of creating with code.

PCD İzmir welcomes people of all experience levels — from those discovering Processing and p5.js for the first time to experienced creative practitioners working across generative art, interactive media, computation, and digital culture.

Taking place in İzmir during Processing’s 25th anniversary year, PCD İzmir is an opportunity to meet the local creative coding community, exchange ideas, experiment together, and celebrate 25 years of Processing and the wider open-source creative coding ecosystem.
