The plugin bundles one skill and one local stdio MCP server, pinned: npx -y @offline-protocol/[email protected] mcp serve (npm package @offline-protocol/cli, Apache-2.0). It needs no account or API key and sends no telemetry from the plugin. 18 annotated tools: 15 read-only, and 3 that write project files only when the user asks (scaffold_project, integrate_packages, init_project). Also published to the official MCP Registry as com.offlineprotocol/cli. Contact: [email protected]
