Start with src/templates/job/listing-card.ts and src/templates/newsletter/curated-links.ts to follow existing job-template and list-row patterns. Implement the template in src/templates/job/open-roles.ts, then re-export it from src/templates/job/index.ts and register it in the Job block of src/templates/registry.ts. Check the shared template checklist in #5; done means the count reflects non-empty roles and empty rows are omitted.

Part of #5. One image for "we're hiring for several roles".
Idea
A headline ("We're hiring"), the company name, and a badge like "4 open roles" counted from the filled-in roles. Below is a list of up to 4 rounded rows, each with the role name on the left and an "Apply" pill on the right. The footer shows the location and the careers URL.

Acceptance criteria
- The role count badge matches the number of non-empty roles, and empty rows are not rendered
