Why it matters
The shortlist (#47) is the closest thing the site has to a planning tool, but its panel only offers downloads. The site already computes obligations for stacks ("what the whole set owes") in site/lib/owes.mjs; running the same function over the shortlist turns it into "credits you must show, notices you must keep, files you must check per item" before a developer commits to a set. Separately, filter state lives in the URL, but nobody reads the address bar on a phone; a "Copy link" button next to the result count makes a filtered view shareable, and a "Download these as CSV" uses the same client data (catalog.csv exists but is unfiltered).

  • site/public/shortlist.js (136 lines) renders the panel and the CREDITS export only.
  • site/lib/owes.mjs computes obligations for stack pages (stack-page.mjs).
  • site/public/app.js:137 serialises filter state to the URL already.

Suggested approach

  1. In the shortlist panel, render owes(entries) output under the list (reuse the stack page markup and CSS).
  2. Add a "Copy link" button beside the live result count using navigator.clipboard with a fallback.
  3. Add "Export results (CSV / JSON)" generating from the current filtered array with the same cell neutralisation as exports.mjs (reuse the function; it is pure).

Done when
The shortlist panel lists obligations for the chosen entries, a filtered view can be copied as a link in one tap, and the current results can be downloaded.
