Start by reviewing PSReadLine's existing Predictive IntelliSense and completion-plugin behavior, then compare it with the Flyline features described in the issue: automatic suggestions, PATH executables, history, fuzzy search, and an interactive menu. The issue does not name files or tests, so first define a specific scope and acceptance criteria with maintainers. Done would mean an agreed native PowerShell experience and tests demonstrating the chosen behavior.

Description of the new feature/enhancement

I'd like to bring an interesting Bash project to your attention: Flyline.

I've been using Flyline on Linux, and one of its standout features is its interactive completion system. As you type, it automatically displays completion suggestions, including executables available on PATH that you've never run before, alongside history-based suggestions.

It also provides fuzzy searching and a convenient interactive completion menu.

I know PSReadLine already supports Predictive IntelliSense and completion plugins, but I think Flyline's approach to integrating these features into a seamless interactive experience is worth looking at.

I'd love to see something similar available natively in PowerShell.

Thanks for considering it!
