Exception tabbing through git branches

Start with the exception path through Menu.UpdateMenuSelection, MenuCompleteImpl, and PossibleCompletionsImpl. Reproduce on Windows Terminal with PowerShell 7.4.5 by tabbing through available git branches, then trace the menu selection and console buffer dimensions. Done means branch completion no longer raises the reported ArgumentOutOfRangeException.

Prerequisites

• Write a descriptive title.
• Make sure you are able to repro it on the latest released version
• Search the existing issues, especially the pinned issues.
