The request is for a new option in the keyboard swipe-action settings that deletes word by word when swiping left on the delete key. Start from the existing swipe-action preferences and the delete key's touch and gesture handling in the Kotlin keyboard code, then trace how a deletion is sent to the input connection. Hi,
First of all, thanks for the great work on LeanType!
I would like to request a feature for gestures: adding an option to "Swipe left on delete key to delete word by word" (or swipe across keyboard to delete text/words), similar to how SwiftKey and Gboard work.
Currently, the gesture options under keyboard swipe actions do not include a quick swipe-to-delete word functionality. Having this option would make typing and text correction much faster and more natural for users coming from SwiftKey.
