The payload names no file, but the failures appear in several unit and integration tests after matplotlib 3.11, and the cause sits in how cartopy gridlines interact with matplotlib. Start by running the test suite on matplotlib 3.11 to find the failing tests, then read the linked cartopy issue 2681 for the upstream diagnosis. Done means the tests pass on the newer matplotlib, or the maintainers agree on a pin. The issue does not say what the fix should be.
