Research direction

Search the repo for remaining references to the Python 2.7 cookielib module in docstrings (the bulk were migrated to http.cookiejar in PR #6214; two were missed). Compare against the reporter's linked commit to see exactly which two spots are meant, update them, and confirm no stray cookielib mentions remain. Done when a repo-wide search for cookielib returns nothing outside of historical changelogs.

Description

In #6214, most docstring references to the python2.7 cookielib were updated to the python3 http.cookiejar. Two references appear to have been overlooked, however. I've created a trivial commit to fix the issue, but cannot create a PR since I'm not a collaborator:

Hopefully someone with permission can get this submitted. Thanks!
