Description
Sería muy valioso que el plugin VIP tenga en cuenta las entidades y su herencia al determinar si un usuario debe ser considerado VIP dentro de un ticket.
Actualmente, si un usuario pertenece a un grupo marcado como VIP, pasa a ser considerado VIP en todas las entidades, independientemente de la entidad a la que pertenezca ese grupo y de la entidad del ticket.
En entornos multi-entidad, esto genera un problema funcional importante. En nuestro caso, contamos con tres entidades distintas según los servicios que prestan, pero comparten la misma base de clientes. Necesitamos que cada entidad pueda definir sus propios grupos VIP sin que eso impacte automáticamente en las demás.
Comportamiento esperado:
Un usuario debería ser considerado VIP en un ticket únicamente si pertenece a un grupo VIP asociado a la entidad del ticket o a alguna de sus entidades padre, respetando la herencia de entidades.
Comportamiento actual:
La pertenencia a cualquier grupo VIP vuelve al usuario VIP de forma global, sin considerar la entidad del grupo ni la entidad del ticket.
De forma complementaria, la visualización de esta condición debería respetar también los permisos y el contexto de entidad del técnico que está visualizando el ticket.
