Start by reproducing the issue in the ticket details view using GLPI 11.0.0 and VIP 1.9.1, then compare requester rendering there with the ticket list, where VIP tagging works correctly. Trace the ticket-details entry point and the logic that decides whether a requester is in the VIP group. Done means non-VIP users no longer appear red or receive the VIP tag, while actual VIP users still do.

Description

In the ticket list, I have no issues. VIP users do indeed have the tag with the red VIP icon.

My problem is in the ticket details; all requesters or users appear in red, with the VIP tag, even though they are not in the VIP group.
