In such cases the add new... button does not show up in the toolbar (correct behavior)
steps to reproduce:
- create user with e.g. reviewer role (no contribute role/ add permission)
- Click activated Upload button
- select items to upload
- you are notified : you are not allowed ....
same for rearrange button ...
drag and drop to rearrange should be disabled in such cases
select items in the contentlisting:
delete, cut and other buttons get activated but lead to errors of course
