With resourceUri: 'https://host/mcp', the generated client_id is https://host/mcp/.well-known/oauth-client and redirect_uris is [https://host/mcp/oauth/callback], but the document is served at /.well-known/oauth-client (the client_id URL is 404) and /oauth/authorize sends redirect_uri=https://host/oauth/callback, which is not in the document. An authorization server has to reject both (src/auth/oauth-client.ts, src/routes/auth-routes.ts).
