Research direction

The issue identifies the Usage → Limits Session countdown in apps/web, but names no specific file or test. Start by locating the component that renders the Session countdown and its existing five-minute automatic-refresh cooldown. Check the final-minute display and reset-time refresh behavior; done means seconds appear before reset and Limits refreshes when the reset time passes without exceeding that cooldown.

Description

Area

apps/web

Steps to reproduce
  1. Open Usage → Limits with a Codex account showing its 5-hour Session limit.
  2. Check the Session countdown during the final minute before reset.
Expected behavior

The countdown should show seconds during the final minute so 0m does not imply the reset has already happened. When the reset time passes, Limits should refresh automatically using the existing five-minute automatic-refresh cooldown.

Actual behavior

The Session row showed 0m, but my Codex 5-hour limit had not reset yet. I thought the refresh was stuck or T3 Code was bugged, so I restarted T3. I then realized I was still in the last minute and needed to wait for the reset to apply. The restart stopped all my threads. Was a tiny bit annoying.

Comment

This issue was created by my agent. It had trouble attaching the image. I asked it to follow guidelines, but not sure looking at the formatting of this issue if it did it correctly.

I can generate a PR for this, but not sure if it would be welcome tbh.
