Research direction

Start with the English change in php/doc-en pull request 6031, which adds form feed to the default trim characters. Then update the Russian copies of language-snippets.ent, reference/strings/functions/trim.xml, ltrim.xml and rtrim.xml to match, translating the new text into Russian. Done when those four files carry the same content as the English PR and the XML still parses.
