Research direction
The only file to change is reference/mysqli/mysqli_stmt/insert-id.xml, which does not exist yet in the Russian tree. Read the English source from php/doc-en PR 5945 for the new mysqli_stmt::$insert_id page, and use existing Russian files in the same mysqli_stmt directory as the model for structure and wording. Done when the Russian page covers the same content as the English one and the XML is well-formed.
