Описание ошибки
Если в каталоге плагинов один из активных плагинов содержит ошибку, то прерывается выполнение гистинка целиком. То есть нет даже возможности очистить каталог плагинов командой гитсинка.

Шаги воспроизведения:
- Установить oscript, gitsync, плагины, активировать какой-нибудь плагин
- Зайти в каталог плагинов, сломать плагин, активированный в п1: сделать синтаксическую ошибку в модулях
- запустить гитсинк
- Увидеть текст ошибки
