[Bug]: UnsupportedSpecializationException with property setter

Start with the property setter path in graalpython and the PropertyBuiltins.java stack-trace entry, then reproduce the minimal Python snippet on the reported GraalPy version. Trace the setter call that receives the unexpected values and add regression coverage if the surrounding tests provide an entry point. Done means the snippet completes without an UnsupportedSpecializationException.
