Reference to myself. Not actionable.

The task list function currently returns tags in the Python implementation, but does not in the PHP implementation. Is it desirable to have the tags added? I am leaning towards no, because it always incurs the extra costs even if people don't need the information, and I am not aware of this being a much requested feature to begin with.
