Problem

The Audit User page needs tighter title spacing with a bottom border, a smaller Assign
role button, white background, adjusted table padding, and smaller filter buttons.

Figma design.

Scope

  • Decrease spacing in the AuthZ title (username + email subtitle) and add a bottom border.
  • Reduce the Assign role button size.
  • Change background to white.
  • Adjust padding/margin on the table container.
  • Reduce the filter button sizes.

    AddRoleButton action, DataTable inside div.page-band.py-5.

Notes

  • Title border: add a bottom border to the title band (token-based, var(--pgn-color-border)).
  • Button size: size="sm" on AddRoleButton — shared with #238, which owns the component
    change; coordinate so the change is not duplicated. Also apply to filter buttons.
  • Table padding: adjust .pgn__data-table-wrapper / page-band py-5 on this page.

Acceptance criteria

  • Tighter title with bottom border, smaller buttons, white background, adjusted table padding.
  • No table/modal behavior regressions.
