Research direction

Start by locating the Windows Node startup and gateway lifecycle entry points; the issue does not name specific files or tests. Determine whether the gateway can start when OpenClaw launches and stop when it exits, rather than running continuously. Done means that behavior works on Windows and is verified without keeping the gateway active when OpenClaw is closed.
