In the French interface of the unified ChatGPT/Codex desktop app for macOS, the Plan interaction mode is still displayed as “Forfait”.
This is the same translation error previously reported for the VS Code extension in #33689. That issue was closed as fixed, but the incorrect label remains in the macOS desktop app.
“Plan” appears to have been translated in the sense of a subscription or pricing plan. In this context, “Forfait” is incorrect.
Steps to reproduce
- Use the ChatGPT/Codex desktop app on macOS with the interface language set to French.
- Open Codex.
- Select Plan mode.
- Look at the mode label in the composer.
