1、中午正常使用中，使用的codex + DeepSeek ，系统提示更新
2、更新到0.65.0后，codex + DeepSeek无法使用，提示：Error: failed to load configuration: No such file or directory (os error 2)
3、claude code正常可用，告知原因：报错原因
这个错误不是 Claude Code 或工作区的问题，而是 CodePilot 的 Codex 运行时加载配置失败——你最初那次对话在 Codex 运行时里，它的回复就变成了这个错误。

证据链：

错误源头：CodePilot 启动的 Codex app-server（进程 codex app-server -c sqlite_home="...codex-home"）日志里，从今天 13:00:37 起持续报：

WARN: failed to reload config, using startup config: No such file or directory (os error 2)
环境变量确认：该进程的 CODEX_HOME=/Users/lichaofeng/.codepilot/codex-home（CodePilot 管理的目录）
缺失的文件：~/.codex/config.toml 第 5 行引用 model_catalog_json = "cc-switch-model-catalog.json"（相对路径），但这个文件只存在于真实的 ~/.codex/ 里，CodePilot 的 codex-home 里没有（它只镜像了 config.toml、auth.json 等，漏掉了 config 引用的目录文件）
为什么以前正常：昨天和今早 12:51 的日志里 codex 运行时请求都成功、无此错误——当时 app-server 用的还是真实 CODEX_HOME。今天 13:00 起 CodePilot 改用了托管目录，问题就出现了
已执行的修复

软链指向真实文件，cc-switch 以后更新模型目录时会自动跟随，不需要额外维护。app-server 每 5-7 分钟会重试加载配置，下一次重载就会成功。

两点提醒
这本质上是 CodePilot 的一个 bug：镜像 CODEX_HOME 时没有把 config.toml 引用的文件一起镜像。如果 CodePilot 之后重建 codex-home 目录导致软链丢失，重新执行上面的 ln 命令即可，也建议反馈给 CodePilot 开发者
现在这个 Claude Code 会话不受影响，它的影子目录配置是完整的（这也是切换后能正常工作的原因）
4、修复完成后，使用时，会报错：Error: {"error":{"code":"invalid_request","message":"function_call_output item 242 output must be a string.","context":{"field":"input[242].output"}}} (other)
