【问题】先现在分屏出来的对话框，是不支持调整位置的
【期望需求】
1）能分屏后能调整对话框的位置
2）增加一个工作区保存加载能力

=》》》》【需求1】 场景如下：
我并行了好几个工作空间，每个工作空间都有好几个会话，一般情况下都只会打开其中一个去处理项目需求
所以上午最开始都是打开的框框是这样的

大概是上面的线图结构
结果下午说，A项目要弄个啥东西，所以我可能需要打开 项目A的对话框3，结构变成了

现在需要的是，可以拖动、挪动、移动对话框的位置，使得不用关掉全部的对话框，也能弄出下面的效果

还是上面的分屏的问题的另一个延伸
已经分好了屏，正在开发的时候，突然有个配置要弄一下，点击配置以后，直接分屏全部关闭了……
十分难受有九十九分都在这里
看能不能弄个工作区自动保存，或者干脆配置是弹窗？或者别的方式？尽量不影响工作区
