"Description: On the Contributions page, in the Add Contributor Questions section, there is a delete button that when activated deletes a question and takes users back to the previous page, this button is currently being announced as a link. Additionally the button is designed as a button but is announced as a link.
this is the only case where the button is announced as a link, when users are asked to confirm if they want to delete the question it is also announced as a button.
Expected Results: Although the button navigates users to the previous page, it also performs an action, buttons are expected to perform actions while links are expected to only navigate users to a different page.
Actual Results: The delete button is announced as a link."
