Research direction

Start by reading the mini.extra module and reviewing the linked file-line plugins for how they parse <file_path>:<line_number> input. Confirm how mini.extra currently opens copied paths, then define completion as opening the file and positioning the cursor at the supplied line while preserving normal paths.

mini.extra

Description

Maybe this is something that cold be added to mini.extra.

Sometimes I just copy/paste file paths from a linter/compiler output and that fails because what I copied has the format <file_path>:<line_number> it would be super convenient to have neovim just open the file and just to that line number.

There are some plugins for this already but maybe it's something Mini could incorporate to avoid the need for an extra plugin.

Some examples I've found:

The last one is the one I'll be using for now.
