deprecate

Perform the following:

  • Add console messages about deprecation on install
  • Add console messages about deprecation on loading library
  • Write announcement that deprecation continues, but functions will work until Oct 1, 2027. We encourage installing Quarto v1.9. Reference documentation explaining how to add alt text without the function

for

  • add_alttext()
  • add_accessibility()
  • arguments param_names & param_values in create_template()
  • argument rerender_skeleton in create_template()
