Set the default ordering so the menu shows Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, then everything else; verify the resulting menu order.

Quoting from @susnux, opening an issue here to make sure it doesn't get lost.
The order of the actions is a bit weird.
This seems to be caused by Collabora not setting any order.
Can likely be improved using a good default order (e.g. documents first) by just adding setOrder to the creators here:
The order in the menu should be Documents, Spreadsheets, Presentations, then everything else.
