Research direction

Read the issue as a support report, not a scoped bug: docx/xlsx works in desktop browsers but the iOS app stalls at 10-90% and crashes, while PDFs and images open fine. Before any code, ask for the iOS app version, Nextcloud and OnlyOffice versions, and the app/server logs, and try to reproduce the crash behind the document viewer. Done means the failing path is reproduced and attributed either to the app's viewer or to the server-side OnlyOffice integration.

Nextcloud (apache2) and OnlyOffice (docker)
Debian 13

  1. docx/xlsx opens correctly on Safari/Chrome on PC/Mac
  2. docx/xlsx in Nextcloud app - load 10-90% and crashes... cant open any doc in OnlyOffcie
  3. PDF. Pictures works fine

Can anyone help me? Do I need to change to Collabora?
