Describe the feature you'd like to request
Return a generic user facing error explaining the downstream service is down when no result is returned in the task, and for all other cases when ProcessingException is thrown.
There could be different kinds of translated messages: XYZ service is down, invalid inputs supplied, etc.

Exceptions like this should have an extra user-facing message containing a generic failure message and the service name set by the admin:
