Research direction

Start by tracing the appointment confirmation mail and its automatic footer in the calendar app, then review the related behavior from pull request #8916. Verify the German confirmation flow and adjust the notice so it no longer conflicts with the cancellation instruction; the issue is done when the resulting email gives consistent reply guidance.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

1. to develop bug
Steps to reproduce
  1. Create an appointment schedule in the calendars app and use the link to book an appointment
  2. See Mail with the confirmation link.
Expected behavior

The notice at the end of the mail should not demand not to answer in this case

Actual behavior

The mail (in german) recommends to respond in order to cancel the appointment:

Dieser Bestätigungslink läuft in 24 Stunden ab.
Wenn du den Termin doch stornieren möchtest, wende dich bitte an deinen Organisator, indem du auf diese E-Mail antwortest oder dessen Profilseite besuchst.

and attached just below is the notice about the mail being sent automatically, demanding not to answer

Nextcloud - Dein Team. Deine Cloud.
Dies ist eine automatisch gesendete E-Mail. Bitte antworte nicht auf diese E-Mail.

When I'm responding, it now actually uses the organizers mail, so https://github.com/nextcloud/calendar/pull/8916 fixed it I guess, but the notice should be corrected then.
