Research direction
Start by locating the live TV and movie/episode player bars, the existing pickers they open, and core/SleepTimer, which the issue names. Trace how channel favourites, recording, watched state, and next episode are handled, then identify the UI test setup for both players. Done means both players expose the described options through Menu or the bar's Options button, Back restores the prior highlight, each action has the specified effect, and the UI tests and screenshots cover both players.

Description
What to build
Pressing Menu in either player opens an options list over the video, which is what Fire TV apps do. It gathers the bar's settings in one place and adds ones that today live only in Settings or the guide.
Live TV: Subtitles, Audio, Quality (when there's more than one), Aspect ratio, Sleep timer, Add / Remove Favourite for this channel, Record now / Stop recording.
Movies and shows: Subtitles, Audio, Sleep timer, Mark watched (for an episode: and play the next one).
Acceptance criteria
- Menu opens the options list in the live and the movie/episode players; Back closes it and returns the highlight to where it was
- Choosing Subtitles, Audio, Quality or Aspect ratio opens the same picker the bar's button opens
- Sleep timer offers the durations Settings offers and shows the time left when one is set (the timer is
core/SleepTimer, today only set from Settings) - Favourite and Record act on the channel being watched and reflect its current state
- Mark watched on an episode marks it and starts the next episode; on a movie it marks it and leaves the player
- Remotes without a Menu button, and touch, reach the same list from an Options button on the bar
- UI tests cover opening the list by Menu in each player and the actions shown; a screenshot of each
