Description

needs-triage

Settee's new look, in the order to build it. Start at the top and work down. Native blocking shows where the order really matters.

The design is in docs/LOOK.md, and the slicing decision explains the order. Nobody but the owner uses Settee until 1.0, so screens can look mismatched part-way through.
