Research direction

Start by reviewing the relationship tables and the current site architecture. Determine how created and modified dates could be displayed without clutter, and whether sorting or filtering is feasible. Done means users can see when mappings were created or modified, with any agreed table interactions implemented.

Description

enhancement Points: 3 timescale/long-term ui

As a user, I want to be able to tell when a given group/software was mapped to a technique in order to infer how the threat actor's behavior has evolved over time. Created and modified dates for mappings exist in the data already, but are not displayed on the website in any way.

We would need to do some design work to determine the best way to display these dates without cluttering relationship tables. We may also want sorting/filtering for relationship tables to enable this use case. Given that sorting/filtering is not easily possible with the current site architecture it may be worth deferring this issue until the site is rebuilt using a more flexible technology (e.g Angular).
