Research direction
The issue is a feature request for a startup bulletin modal with a mark-as-read state and access to older bulletins, and it lists #20 as a prerequisite. Description
To announce/mark when new op. changes/updates have taken place, similar to the bulletins Discord channel.
Idea: Winbox modal window with button in frame "mark as read" and close button which closes without marking as read (showing again next time opening VatIRIS), maybe even checkmark to confirm?
- Possibility to mark notification as read (making it not show up at next startup)
