Brief description of your issue

Hello, version 1.47.0 of package Microsoft.Azure.StorageExplorer can't be installed due to installer's hash mismatch:

2026-10-31 09:10:51.956 [CLI ] Package hash verification failed. SHA256 in manifest [5e750c31d857f5b7859cb02d6680dd396b01e32b839d349a702c9b0dea39ff94] does not match download [6b2aa7962a40b3b8e9997d09899ead89b300434369652f7316acdccab4a63423] with file size [176738064] and content type []

This new version was added with PR #466441.

Steps to reproduce

winget upgrade Microsoft.Azure.StorageExplorer --verbose
winget --logs

Actual behavior

Unable to upgrade package. See provided logs.

Expected behavior

Package gets upgraded.
