Research direction

The issue body is the only starting point and names no files, tests, or entry points. First clarify how VM savings should be estimated and whether the scope includes both a dashboard view and monthly email. Done would require an agreed design and working implementations for the requested reporting surfaces.

Written by the indexing model from the issue text.

Description

I would love to see a feature that estimates the cost savings from the VMs being powered off. Ideally, It would look great on the dashboard. You could also generate a monthly email to show how much money you have saved the organization. I'm going to work on this myself but let me know if this is in the roadmap. Thanks!
