Remove COMPLUS_NGenProtectedProcess_FeatureEnabled variable where it is not necessary
https://microsoft.visualstudio.com/OS/_workitems/edit/14119988?fullScreen=false (Microsoft internal only link) says that it should be fixed: “We've made changes to the base images in RS4 such that CI hint EAs are preserved. This should allow the native images in the base images to be loaded.”.
When fixing, please double check by timing of tiny test powershell script.
