Research direction

Start by locating the code that builds the Help/About dialog and checking how it obtains version information for other components. Then find how the Procmon filter driver name or version is determined; the issue gives ProcMon25 as an example. Done means the dialog displays the current filter driver version or name so users can identify the value needed for the dev drive command.

Description

the version number of the procmon filter driver changes arbitrarily. this is relevant for doing e.g.
fsutil devdrv setfiltersallowed "PrjFlt, ProcMon25" to allow it to work on dev drives.
to do that, the number 25 needs to be known (or rather, the filter driver name)

so i suggest adding it into the Help/About box
